At Telecoms Centre our standard is Next Working Day Delivery. Delivery costs are determined on weight above 10kg. Telecoms Centre ensures that the order and delivery process is quick, simple and competitively priced.

Weights: The above rates are applicable for shipments under 10kg (20kg for pre 10am). An additional charge of £0.58 per kilo will be made for shipments over 10kg. For Next Day it is £0.29/kg.
Please note: Telecoms Centre operates between Monday to Friday (8.45pm to 5.30pm). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the following working day. Extra charges are sometimes incurred due to geographical location where appropriate. For next working day delivery orders must be received by 5pm.
DPD local are used as our courier service for all UK mainland deliveries. Orders can easily be tracked at https://www.dpdlocal.co.uk/ using the consignment number provided in your order confirmation. Alternatively, contact our Customer Service team on 01403 754233 to track your order.

International Shipments

Free Click & Collect service
Telecoms Centre offers a Collection service from our Ashington, West Sussex warehouse which enables local customers to avoid courier costs. To organise a pickup, select the ‘Click & Collect’ option during checkout. A Customer Service representative will be in touch to confirm details.
Deliveries can take 1-3 working days' dependant on the specification and destination. Cabinet deliveries can only be made to ground floor. Timed deliveries will need to be agreed with our Accounts team and may not be possible.

Returns
If you need to return an item for any valid reason, please call our sales team on 01403 721391.
Please note we have a 30% restocking fee for all stock order returns. For bespoke, made to order and cut cable we do have a 100% restocking fee as stated on all quotations.
We offer collections of returnable orders from £25 charge. Contact us for more info!
Right to Change your Mind
Consumers may change their mind and return goods within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full product refund including VAT subject to the following conditions being met:
- All items must be received in the original or same condition as sent with all accessories intact.
- All bespoke and non-standard items are non-refundable including cut-to-length fibre optic cables, pre-terminated made to measure cables, pre-assembled products and all cabinets, unless goods are deemed faulty or not fit for purpose.
- Consignment packaging including external box and filler must be present and undamaged.
- Goods must be returned with all instructional documentation.
- Return carriage costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded unless the goods are deemed damaged, faulty or incorrect.
- A re-stocking charge of 15-30% may apply to business customer returns.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
We ensure that all consignments are packaged properly, in order to reduce the risk of damaged goods during transit. However, from time to time, damaged goods do occur.
Always check boxes upon delivery for signs of external damage, and also check the picking note for the number of items which should have been delivered.
All deliveries should be checked upon, or within 24 hours, of delivery and any damage should be reported immediately to the Customer Service team. Please ensure that each consignment is fully checked. If packaging is damaged, you should refuse consignment upon delivery. The delivery will then be returned to the courier depot and a Customer Service representative will get in touch to discuss your order with you. Please inform Customer Service as soon as possible, if you have refused the delivery.
The Customer Service team may ask for a photo to be taken of the item if they have been accepted damaged. Please email photos to customerservices@telecomscentre.com.
From the date Goods are received we must be notified in writing within 14 calendar days (7 days for Business customers) if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. The rejected Goods are to be returned to us within a further 14 calendar days to receive a full refund including VAT and carriage costs if they do not conform as stated below.
- Goods should be in accordance with any pre-contract information we have provided, and match any samples that you have seen (unless we have made you aware of any differences). If any digital content is included in the Goods, that digital content must also conform.
- Goods do not comply and, for example, have faults or are damaged when you receive them, or if you receive incorrect (or incorrectly priced).
Warranty
Goods are guaranteed free from defects for a period of 12 months unless specified otherwise. We may, at our option repair the affected goods, replace them or issue you with a refund.
In some instances we may direct you to return the affected goods direct to the manufacturer where purchased more than 28 days ago if the warranty support is held directly with them.
